Huge Barn Sale at Gorgeous Farm, Part 2!!

Hey sweet friends, and welcome to part 2 of the huge antique sale that's coming up! Before we begin, I wanted to remind you to stop by and say hey on InstagramFacebook and Pinterest.  I always love to hear from my sweet readers, and that’s where you’ll find most of our updates on the farmhouse build each week!

*****************************************

So, if you missed last week's post about the upcoming barn sale (part 1), here's a quick recap....My friends, Greg and Kathie Wyatt, host an incredible barn/antique sale twice a year, and their next one is next weekend!  Y'all DON'T want to miss this one!

I was actually planning to just do 1 post about the sale, but because I saw so many pretty finds, I couldn't just share ALL those pics into one post....Hence, part 2 had to be created. ;)

As I mentioned in my last post, the barn sale hosted by Greg and Kathie Wyatt is happening in just a few days, and you guys NEED to make plans to attend!  Greg and Kathie travel all over the place to find gorgeous old buildings, take them apart and salvage just about everything out of all these old buildings.  Last month, they were removing all the siding, the pews, and even the steeple from an old church in TN, and I can't wait to see what they bring back from that church!  Currently, they're taking apart an old farmhouse from the 1800s, and then, they're moving the house to the sale and reconstructing it!

In addition to the beautiful and rare finds in the old general store and barn in my previous post, here are more goodies that are in store to be had!

How cool is that safe?!  She's a real beauty, isn't she?!

And see that old jar (in the pic above)?  That beauty and TONS more came from an old pharmacy, and you guys have got to come and see what else they salvaged from this pharmacy!

And that tire swing hanging from the old tree...so cool!

I talked all about this old barn in my last post.  There are so many hidden gems in there!!

Of course, at the sale, you'll find rows of cast iron sinks, clawfoot tubs, and chippy architectural pieces!!

In addition to the barns and general store that are filled to the brim with antique and salvaged finds, there's an old farmhouse that's also chocked full of goodies!!  Leather-bound books from the 1800s, old stools and chairs, chippy mantels, etc....Anything you can think of is at this sale!!

My hubby and our son are walking together from the general store to the old farmhouse.  Everything at this sale is all huddled next to each other, so you won't have to walk far to get to anything!  And because it's located in the country, there's such a sweet feeling of being relaxed!  The sounds of nature and breathing in that fresh air....It's all part of this fun experience!

As you see in the pic above, there are more beautiful and antique doors stacked together and waiting to be discovered!!

Check out these gorgeous, metal signs!

Greg and Kathie even have boyscout treasures!

And do you see who's on the front porch, already searching for some hidden gems??  That's my hubby having a grand ol' time!

Another fun fact....The old farmhouse (in the pic below) is set up JUST for this sale!!  See all those fun, antique finds on the front porch?  That's how the inside is set up, too!  If you don't want to shop, at least stop by and check out these cool, old buildings!!

And here are just a few more salvaged pieces that Greg and Kathie have recently picked up during their antique hunts...
